Announcing F.I.T. Kids Camp February Break 2016!

At our two day F.I.T. we are all about skill building and supporting children in finding ways to incorporate healthy habits for life.

Let's get moving! At F.I.T. Kids Camp Feb Break 2016, your 6-11 year olds will have a BLAST participating in a variety of organized activities in our fully equipped gym. But that's not all! At each camp session they'll work up an appetite AND learn to prepare their own healthy snacks.


Each day will be dedicated to teaching children the skills they need to exercise safely and effectively. Anne Osovski, our Personal Trainer, is an expert in showing children how fun and easy it can be to exercise at home - with little to no equipment needed! Each day our campers will focus on a fresh set of skills and different approaches to movement - so THEY can decide what they like best!


AND, Lora Downie, our resident Health Coach and Healthy Cooking Instructor will teach campers delicious ways to feed their bodies and refuel after they play. Both days we'll prepare a different healthy snack the children can easily replicate at home. Each child will be exposed to new foods with our "secret ingredient" of the day, and encouraged to eat a spectrum of colors (delicious fruits and veggies) with our Rainbow Passport Program.

Camp Details:


Who: Children 6-11 yrs old

When: February 16 & 18, 1-4 p.m. 

Where: F.I.T. Gym, 465 W. Commercial St. East Rochester, NY 14445

Cost: $65 per child- same family $50 for each additional child.
